Thep rk improvement effort is funded by the Parks and Open Space bond measure voters <br /> pproved in 19 8. <br /> The wo hop is the first in a series of workshops designed to solicit input from the community <br /> about how the ark could be improved and any specific issues and challenges the new design should <br /> address. City p rk planners plan to inwrporate this feedback from neighbors into the final, design of the <br /> park so that th park truly reflects the needs and vision of the focal community. <br /> Park pl nning staff are also working with the City of Eugene Water Resources Yeam to design <br /> ' stormwater an water quality enhancement projects in the area.
