Wilkins Shelter in <br /> Hendricks P rk at 2200 Summit Avenue. Sword ferns and a few other native plants will be <br /> planted in th garden which is located in the area around the shelter and was dedicated last <br /> May. <br /> i <br /> Initia planting began last spring. The Native Plant Garden will be constructed over <br /> several yea and will include accessible trials and a variety of the area's local native plants <br /> arranged in arden beds and natural areas for educational purposes as well as a garden <br /> attraction. <br /> Volu teens are instructed to wear waterproof clothes and sturdy shoes or boots.
