The portion of Charnelton between Broadway and Sixth <br /> Avenue rem ins one-way. <br /> Tent Avenue is now atwo-way street between Olive and Lincoln streets, with an <br /> eastbound ike lane between Charnelton and Olive. Previously Charnelton was one-way <br /> eastbound etween Charnelton and Olive. The block between Charnelton and Lincoln was <br /> temporarily onverted to one-way operation while the new library was being constructed. <br /> Tra c signals are in place and operational on Tenth at Olive and at Charnelton. <br /> The ew two-way configurations are consistent with the long-term goals of the <br /> Downtown ision and make it easier for library patrons to access the library and parking areas, <br /> including th Broadway Place parking garage on Charnelton just south of Broadway.
