Registration begins Monday, March 17, at 9:30 a.m., at the Parks and <br /> Open Spa Division office at 1820 Roosevelt Boulevard in Eugene. There are a total of 2i5 <br /> i <br /> plots at the oilowing garden sites: , <br /> • Amazon at 27th and High, <br /> ~ ? Mathew at 15th and Hayes, <br /> ? The average size of a plot is 20 by 30 feet.
