The paving work will take about a week to complete. <br /> East22nd Avenue from Potter to University streets will be closed this week to through <br /> traffic durin I daytime construction hours for wastewater system repairs. <br /> On Eyler, Taylor and Adams Street between 24th and 28th avenues, speed humps are <br /> being installed this week.
