The surface paving work is scheduled to be completed by <br /> <br /> ~ Friday, Aug st 22. <br /> Duri g daytime construction hours, motorists are likely to encounter lane closures, traffic <br /> directed by laggers, and intermittent delays. Alternate routes are recommended. <br /> The ork is being done by City of Eugene Public Works Maintenance crews to <br /> temporarily epair sections of deteriorating pavement on Lorane Highway. The following week, <br /> Eugene Sa d & Gravel, under contract to the City of Eugene, will begin a project to make long- <br /> term repairs' to 29`h Avenue from Lorane Highway to Willamette Street.
