Traffic at times will be limited to one lane, controlled by <br /> flaggers. otorists are advised to use alternate routes or anticipate delays in the work zone. <br /> Sat rday's paving will allow the contractor to substantially complete the paving repairs <br /> on this sec ion of West 18th Avenue before the start of classes at Churchill High School. <br /> Th 18th Avenue paving is part of a series of pavement preservation projects the City of <br /> Eugene is ndertaking this summer using funds from the new local gas tax.
