The workshop features three keynote speakers: Dr. Robin Ki merer, <br /> author of Gathering Moss: A Natural and Cultural History of Mosses; Bruce Newhous <br /> President of the Native Plant Society of Oregon; and Jan Vandertuin, President and founder <br /> of the Network Charter School. The speakers provide the springboard for a series of ialogues <br /> about community stewardship, ecosystem repair and environmental education. The orkshop, <br /> which will take place at Northwest Youth Corps, 2621 Augusta Street in Eugene, als includes <br /> i <br /> poster sessions, networking opportunities and display areas for commercial vendors nd non- <br /> profit organizations. <br /> Cost of the workshop is $50 and includes an opening reception and lunch fe uring <br /> locally grown, organic foods prepared by Ibrahim Hamide, owner of Cafe Soriah.
