By'paying a flat fee, the City and developer can dose out the project upon completion of <br /> construction, provided the improvements pass the 11-month inspection. <br /> This fee is in addition to the regular PSF charges and is based on the bonded value of ttte <br /> improvements. 'lrhe fee will be charged to the project when the Public improvement Permit is issued. <br /> Small Development (less than $25,000) $289.00 <br /> Medium Development ($26,000 to $100,000) $499.00 <br /> Large Development (greater $100,000) $788.00 <br /> The permit for tl~e abovementioned project has been issued. Therefore, this fee will be added to your <br /> next invoice.
