The meeting, which will take place at <br /> Washington lementary School Cafeteria at 3515 Harlow Road in Eugene on Thursday, <br /> October 23, rom 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., is the first in a series of public workshops to discuss <br /> improvemen s to the park.
