They are scheduled to reopen at the beginning of April. <br /> i <br /> A few restrooms remain open and in service during regular park hours, unles otherwise <br /> noted below. Restrooms are available at Atton Baker, Skinner Butte and Washingto /Jefferson <br /> parks; Churchill, Cal Young and Sheldon sports parks; Owen Rose Garden (on a lim ted basis); <br /> Hendricks Park Rhododendron Garden (ftom 7 a.m. until dusk); and Meadowlark Pr iris <br /> Overlook.
