Road access to the top of the butte is <br /> available vi the eastern section of the loop, accessed off of W. 3`~from High. <br /> Fro 8 a.m. to noon, Rotary volunteers and City parks staff will work together to restore <br /> native upla d prairie habitat on the west slope of the butte, recover views from the butte summit <br /> by removin several trees, and repair a large segment of the summit loop trail to improve <br /> I <br /> accessibili . <br /> ~ Sin 1996, the Eugene Rotary Club has sponsored several significant volunteer <br /> rehabilitati nand beautification projects on Skinner Butte, including the Veteran's Memorial <br /> overlook a d flag.
