Laws <br /> r arding motoriz d scooters are as follows: <br /> 1. Rider must b at least 16 nears old and must wear a helmet n <br /> 2. CANNOT be idden faster than 15 m.p.h. h I~ <br /> 3. CANNOT be idden on sidewalks or park paths <br /> y~ 4.
