Skinner Butte Loop between Lincoln and W. 3ro will be dosed <br /> from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Road access to the top of the butte is available via the eastern section of <br /> the loop, a ssed off of W. 3`~ from High. <br /> Thi work is made possible by Eugene Downtown Rotary volunteers, who cleared <br /> undergrowt at a work party at the end of last year. The effort is guided by the Skinner Butte <br /> Park Maste Plan adopted in 2002.
