This project is part of <br /> ongoing e rt to Tilt all areas devoid of trees in the University neighborhood from 18"' to 30~' <br /> avenues. <br /> Th purpose of both NeighborWoods and their community partner, ETF, is to create a <br /> more livab a and green urban environment by planting more trees and flowers.
