In addition, Willamette Street from 13tH to 18tH <br /> a <br /> avenues w II be converted to two-way operation. <br /> Con ersion of Willamette to a two-way street will provide better public safety <br /> access to nd from the new fire station being built at 13tH and Willamette, and it will <br /> improve ac ess and circulation for local businesses. The addition of striped bicycle <br /> lanes up to 17tH Avenue will improve the use of Willamette Street for bicyclists. <br /> ° The City anticipates construction will begin in July and be completed in early <br /> Septembe . Additional information about traffic impacts in the work zone will be <br /> 1 <br /> provided w en the paving and striping work begins. <br /> At t e open house, City staff will have maps and drawings showing the <br /> constructio limits and will be available to address concerns and answer questions <br /> about the roposed operational changes.
