Last April, concrete was removed along the <br /> streets and 5 volunteers came out to plant 4S trees in celebration of Arbor Day. More concrete <br /> was remov this week in preparation for this Saturday's project. interested community <br /> i volunteers re invited to help fill in the remaining empty spaces along Willamette and Oak <br /> streets be en 26"' and 27"' avenues by planting 19 more trees, including Oregon white oak, <br /> scarlet oak, Raywood ash, snowbell, and Trident maple. Refreshments will be provided. <br /> The urpose of both NeighborWoods and their community partner, ETF, is to create a <br /> more livabl and green urban environment by planting more trees and flowers.
