Most of the pipeline will be located within the right of way, but there are three locations where park <br /> property is needed to make key connections. Staff have negotiated compensation for the three permanent <br /> easement locations which total 1.69 acres for$32,256.These locations include Bloomberg Park,Amazon Park <br /> • and a strip of land along Amazon Parkway.These encumbrances are not expected to significantly impact park <br /> operations or long-term public use of the park locations.
