Details of the <br /> closures ar as follows: <br /> Sat rda Aril 17 -Intermittent three- to five-minute closures on Franklin <br /> Boulevard etween Alder and Onyx streets between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Also, 11cn <br /> <br /> i <br /> Avenue wil be closed to eastbound traffic at Alder Street between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. <br /> Su a Aril 18 -Intermittent brief closures on Franklin Boulevard and also <br /> closures o eastbound 11th Avenue at Alder Street between 10 a.m. and noon and 8 to <br /> 10 p.m. <br /> Mo da Aril 19 -Intermittent brief closures on Franklin Boulevard and <br /> eastbound 11th Avenue closed at Alder Street between 10 a.m. and noon. Also, <br /> temporary etours on Hilyard Street at 14th Avenue and on 13th Avenue at Patterson <br /> between 7 and 10 p.m. <br /> To void delays, motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes. Police and <br /> fire agenci shave been notified and have contingency plans for emergency access <br /> while the f Im is' being shot.
