In conjunction with the railroad <br /> repairs, th City of Eugene will do minor road repairs in that immediate area. A full asphalt <br /> a overlay of ertelsen Road from the railroad tracks to West 11th Avenue is planned later <br /> this year. <br /> Whil the track crossing repairs are under way, Bertelsen Road will be closed to all <br /> through tra is and motorists will be directed to use alternate routes such as Beltline Road <br /> or Seneca oad.
