The nursery provides a holding area for <br /> salvaged pla ts, a grow-out site for seeds collected by volunteers and beds which are used for <br /> j cuttings. Ea h year, Stream Team volunteers plant more than 2,000 plants from the nursery at <br /> restoration s tes across the city. <br /> o <br /> Stre m Team provides the opportunity for members of the community, from elementary- <br /> age children to college students to older adults, to do hands-on environmen#al work, restoring <br /> and caring f r the city's waterways and natural areas.
