This week, <br /> <br /> A <br /> crews are g finding off deteriorated pavement and constructing new base pavement. Next week, <br /> the crews a e scheduled to install the top lift of paving. <br /> Duri g daytime construction hours, motorists in the construction zone should expect <br /> delays, Ian detours, and police and flaggers directing traffic. Alternate routes such as Coburg <br /> Road, Beltli a Road and Crescent Avenue are recommended. <br /> Mot rists also are advised that work began today on resurfacing Bertelsen Road <br /> between R osevelt Boulevard and 11~h Avenue in west Eugene.
