Renovations to the courthouse entrance <br /> and Wayne Morse Plaza began August 16 and are scheduled to continue through October. <br /> Duri g Sunday's closure of Eighth Avenue, westbound motorists will be directed to use <br /> alternate ro tes such as Sixth Avenue or Broadway.
