From 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., the students will have a
hands-on teaming opportunity, digging native camas bulbs from a site soon to be developed in Eugene's
South Hills. The educational sefision will be followed-up with a tour of Stewart Pond in the West Eugene Wetlands.
Stream Team provides the opportunity for members of the community, from elementary-age children
to college students to older adults, to do hands-on environmental work, restoring and caring for the city's
waterways and natural meas. For more information about location and other projects and trainings, call 682-
4850 or 913-1292.
