Please use this <br /> version. <br /> Traffic Advisory <br /> 18"' Avenue to Be Closed at Willamette Street <br /> for Several Hours Starting at 4 a.m. Thursday <br /> Th intersection of 18th Avenue and Willamette Street is scheduled to be closed for <br /> several ho rs beginning at 4 a.m. Thursday, September 16, weather permitting. While the <br /> II', intersectio is closed, all traffic on 18th Avenue and Willamette Street will be detoured to <br /> alternate r utes. <br /> The closure is necessary for paving work to be done as part of the Willamette Street <br /> overlay pro ect. Crews hope to be finished with paving in the intersection by mid-morning and <br /> will try too en at least one lane as soon as possible. <br /> Pav ng work will continue through the week elsewhere on Willamette Street between 13th <br /> and 19th av Hues. Access to local businesses will be maintained.
