These are just a i few of the exciting ideas that are inGuded in the draft Eugene Parks, Recreation and Open Space comprehensive Plan and that will be shared with residents in a series of open houses to be held throughout Eugene from February 15 through March 3. The.100-plus page plan is organized in six planning districts. An open house wiA be held in each of (hese areas to display the research that was gathered and the proposed actions planned for each of the planning districts, and to solicit input from residents that will be used to finalize the comprehensive plan document this spring.
