"This concentrated effort in the downtown area will help <br /> ir~jjuvenate our urban forest in the heart of the aty." <br /> The NeighborWoods program works with local businesses, school groups, community groups, and <br /> nl~ighbors to build Eugene's urban forest and improve water quality by planting street trees.
