January 1 , 2006 <br /> CONTAC Tom Larsen, Traffic Engineer, 682-4959 <br /> From Publ Information Section, 682-5523 or 954-2938 <br /> FOR IMM DIATE RELEASE <br /> Traffic Advisory <br /> C nversion of 10th Avenue to Two-Way Traffic to be Completed Thursday <br /> Th one-block section of 10th Avenue between Olive and Willamette streets will be <br /> <br /> i <br /> converted o two-way traffic on Thursday, Jan. 12, marking the completion of a project to <br /> convert th entire length of 10th Avenue in the downtown area to two-way operation. <br /> <br /> i <br /> <br /> j Eu ene Public Works worked with Lane Transit District (LTD) to accomplish the <br /> conversion which fulfills a goal of the City's Central Area Transportation Study.
