Public Works crews are monitoring flooding conditions and <br /> <br /> j managing t e flow in the millrace using gate valves. <br /> <br /> ~ Am zon Creek was near capacity. Flooding was reported at 19~h Avenue and Orchard <br /> Street, and nderpasses on the Fern Ridge Path have standing water in them. Cyclists and <br /> pedestrians are advised to use alternate routes to avoid the undercrossings until the rain <br /> subsides. <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br /> s <br /> The illamette River also is full, and some portions of the Ruth Bascom Riverbank Trail <br /> System hav standing water on them. Again, cyclists are advised to use caution and consider <br /> <br /> ~ alternate ro tes while the river is high. <br /> <br /> i <br /> <br /> i Publ c Works leaf collection crews are on schedule to finish pickups in southwest <br /> <br /> ~ Eugene thi week.
