V lunteers interested in participating con meet at the comer of Fenster Street and Harlow <br /> I Road in Eug ne beginning at 9 am. Refreshments, tools, shovels, gloves, etc., will be provided. <br /> The Neighbo Woods program was creoted in 1992 as a partnership between the City, neighbors, <br /> local busines es, and community organizations to plant and care for street trees in the public rights- <br /> of-way. The rogram is administered by the City's Urban Forestry staff in the Public Works Parks 8~ <br /> Open Space Division.
