The property is currently <br /> rma aged by the Bu eau of Land Management. The City of Eugene plans to build an environmental education <br /> ce er and wildlife iewing area on the property. <br /> "Trfannsferring this operty will allow the city to build upon the successful restoration of the West Eugene <br /> `3Jetlands.
