Once the concrete has <br /> <br /> i <br /> been pour d at that location, the crew will move to the block of Oak Street between 13tH <br /> and 14tH a enues, where concrete repairs are necessary in both travel lanes. However, <br /> at least on lane will be open at all times in both locations. <br /> Us ally it takes 10 to 12 days before the concrete has thoroughly set and <br /> vehicles c n drive on it. Signs will be placed to direct motorists and cyclists through <br /> lane deto rs while sections of the street are closed for repairs. Access will be <br /> maintaine for all local businesses, and any changes to bus service will be posted at the <br /> bus stops n the area. <br /> Th repairs are part of the City's ongoing pavement maintenance program, which <br /> is funded hrough Eugene's road fund.
