LINE EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br /> W.O. # 03073 <br /> To provide underground electrical service to SCENIC MEADOWS SUBDIVISION <br /> _i <br /> ~ located at WENDOVER STREET: EUGENE requested on FEBRUARY 5.2003 by <br /> Ty HI7LIl~TG ,hereinafter called Developer, in a manner consistent with <br /> policies adopted by the Board of Directors of Emerald People's Utility District, hereinafter called District, it is <br /> mutually agreed that: <br /> i <br /> i <br /> 1. The cost of the Electrical installation, which will provide service to the lot corners of each of 20 lots <br /> of the Subdivision, is X29,123.00 , to be paid in full prior to issuing material or beginning <br /> construction. <br /> 2. All street lights shall be supplied, owned and maintained by the City of Eugene. <br /> ~ 3. The delivery point for electrical service to each lot shall be at a secondary pedestal located in the <br /> Public Utility Easement, near the front corner of each lot. As lots are sold, the Developer shall <br /> communicate requirements for service extensions from the secondary pedestal to each meter to each <br /> buyer in the sales contract. <br /> ~ 4. The Developer shall provide all trenching, conduit, conduit elbows, backfill, and 1/8~' inch <br /> polypropylene pull strings in all conduits to Emerald specifications. The Developer shall install all <br /> material provided by Emerald, including transformer vaults, secondary pedestals, ground rods, <br /> ground rod clamps, and #6 solid copper wire. These materials shall be installed to Emerald <br /> specifications and shall be picked up at Emerald's warehouse at 33733 Seavey Loop Road. Please <br /> <br /> ~ schedule all pickups two working days in advance. <br /> 5. Any changes made to the service characteristics or the District Engineer's design of this service <br /> without prior approval from District may result in additional charges. <br /> 6. Estimate includes $ 350.00 for inspection fees. Included in the inspection fee is the installation of <br /> "mule tape" in all conduits by Emerald's inspector, A33. Utility, using the Developer-installed pull <br /> string. Notify Aaron Brown at (541)995-9445 at least two working days in advance of trenching, to <br /> insure expedient inspection of construction and backfilling of trenches.
