CITY OF EUGENE OCT 0 7 2002 <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br /> ~~TY RECORDER <br /> The STATE OF OREGON, acting by and through its Department of Transportation, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "State", and CITY OF EUGENE, hereinafter referred, to as <br /> "Agency", entered into an Agreement on September 21, 2000. Said agreement covers <br /> 1999 Fund Exchange for the City of Eugene, Neighborhood 'Transportation <br /> . Improvements. <br /> It has now been determined by State and Agency that the agreement referenced above, <br /> although remaining in full force and effect, shall be amended by this agreement to <br /> extend the time frame and update language. <br /> Terms of Agreement, Paragraph 1, Page 1, which reads: <br /> . Agency has submitted a completed and signed Part 1 of the Project Prospectus <br /> outlining the schedule and costs associated with all phases of the Neighborhool <br /> Transporation Improvements, hereinafter referred to as "Project": , <br /> Shall be amended to read: <br /> Agency has submitted a completed and signed Part 1 of the Project Prospectus <br /> outlining the schedule and costs associated with all phases of the Neighbofiood <br /> Transportation Improvements, hereinafter referred to as "ProjectA. <br /> Terms of Agreement, Paragraph 4, Page 1, which reads: . <br /> The Perm of fhis agreement shall begin on the date all required signatures are obtained <br /> and shall terminate within two calendar years following that date, unless otherwise <br /> extended or renewed by formal agreemenf of the parties. <br /> Shall be amended to read: <br /> The term of this agreement shall begin on the date all required signatures are obtained <br /> and shall terminate within four calendar years following that date, unless otherwise <br /> extended or renewed by formal agreement of the parties. <br /> Terms of Agreement, Paragraph 5 G, Page 2, which reads: <br /> Agency shall comply with al! federal, stafe and local laws, regulations, executive orders <br /> . and ordinances applicable to fhe work under this agreement, including, without <br /> .1 <br /> <br />
