Said agreement covers <br /> 1999 Fund Exchange for the City of Eugene, Neighborhood 'Transportation <br /> . Improvements. <br /> It has now been determined by State and Agency that the agreement referenced above, <br /> although remaining in full force and effect, shall be amended by this agreement to <br /> extend the time frame and update language. <br /> Terms of Agreement, Paragraph 1, Page 1, which reads: <br /> .
