Last year during CIP planning time we identified the need for <br /> more funding for Delta Ponds. On the stormwater side we allocated $400,000 more by taking from various <br /> stormwater programs/projects in FY'03. On the POS side we identified $250,000 to come from bond proceeds or <br /> someother source. <br /> When I look at the budget on-line I see for capital budget delta ponds stormwater $1 million + (FY'03) which I <br /> believe incorporates the $400,000 we added and the thinking is will get the restoration side funded. On the POS <br /> side I see $190,000 of FY'03 dollars which looks like the remainder of the $200,000 from the POS Bond measure. <br /> I don't see any indications of the addition $250,000 needed. <br /> Is there intention to add it?
