City shall require its contractor to furnish to the City, Comprehensive or Commercial <br /> Genera! lability Insurance covering bodily injury and property damage. <br /> 8. Upon r ipt of notification that the Cify is prepared to proceed with the devebpment <br /> of Proj ,State shall deposit with City the sum of $20,300, such amount being equal <br /> to 50 pe nt of the State's share of the estimated Project costs. Upon completion of <br /> Project, i spection and approval by State staff, and receipt from City of an itemized <br /> stateme t of the actual total cost of the Project, State shall deposit with City a final <br /> payment the sum of $20,300; such amount being equal to 50 percent of the State's <br /> share of the estimated Project costs.
