State's a and Pedestrian Program shall review and must concur in the plans <br /> prepared by City before the Project is advertised for a construction contract or before <br /> cons begins if City forces shalt pertotm the work. State's Bicycle and <br /> Pedestri n Program office shall process alt billings submitted by City. <br /> 2. Upon r ipt of notification that the Cify is prepared to proceed with the devebpment <br /> of Proj ,State shall deposit with City the sum of $20,300, such amount being equal <br /> to 50 pe nt of the State's share of the estimated Project costs. Upon completion of <br /> Project, i spection and approval by State staff, and receipt from City of an itemized <br /> stateme t of the actual total cost of the Project, State shall deposit with City a final <br /> payment the sum of $20,300; such amount being equal to 50 percent of the State's <br /> share of the estimated Project costs.
