Most of the changes are editorial -changing the names of projects to be more descriptive. The post office project will drop from the list since it was not SDC funded. Two stormwater funded projects are not SDC eligible and will be dropped from the list. On the spreadsheet the comment states - "JE to storm fund". I'm not sure how that is done, but the objective is to reimburse the SDC Fund from the stormwater Fund for those two projects. I am assuming that this will be done by Admin. Div. Producing this list will become an annual event whether or not Roxie requests it. A couple of lessons learned this go around: 1. The SDC Fund should be limited to 5DC revenues and not used as a place to account for revenue backed funds such as the post office money or fund exchange money. The Road Fund would seem like a better place to do this. 2. There is a lot of confusion within Engineering and probably POS as to what are eligible SDC expenditures. Fred will put together a short SDC training session and develop a form for project managers later this fall.
