The Sportsfield section of <br /> the crew is moving out of the Irrigation section, which is currently in DVSW 9646, with the activity code 530011. <br /> Everything that is currently to DVSW 8646 will be moving to DVSW 8648, with the same activity code, 530011. <br /> Another change is with the Irrigation Crew coding. Beginning July 1, the activity code will no Oonger be needed for <br /> anything that is currently coded to 011-964&XXXXX-530003 and 131-9646-X)CXXX-530003. This will include aU petty <br /> cash receipts, Personnel, Fleet rates, and everything else. <br /> Stephanie: Dennis Rattenborg's (06969) total position will need to be moved from 9646 to 9645 and 25°~ of William <br /> (Todd) Richards (10552) position will need to be moved. His remaining 75°~ will stay in 011-9647. <br /> Kandy: All of the Fleet Rates for 011-9646-61504-530011 will move to 011-96451504-530011. This includes: <br /> 304055 <br /> 505003 <br /> 703011 <br /> 703013 <br /> 714004 <br /> and two radios in 61506: <br /> 914259 <br /> 914266 <br /> <br /> also one mower, 711040, will move from 131-9646-61504-530003 to 131-9645-61504 (no activity code). <br /> Please let me know if I have completely confused everyone or if you have any questions. <br /> <br /> Thanks, John <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
