The total spent is $6,700. I am requesting your okay to fund this out of stormwater utility mother account -stormwater rehab (prof 985026). The balance of that fund as of 11/12 is $392,364, and would be reduced by the $6700. I thought I had talked with you about funding about $3200 from that fund for some of this) work last spring and you all were okay with it but I don't see it noted on the capital fund spreadsheets and couldn't find any emails or anything to confirm. The known $3200 when we awarded the project is part of the $6700 total. The project is substantially complete and so this $6700 should cover all the stormwater improvements done in the right-of-way with this project. OKAY? me 12/4/2003
