After clarification by Mark Schoening the majority of the council accepted staff <br />and hearing officials recommendation for the City to pay $14k in stormwater expenses for the stormwater system to be <br />built outside the alley right of way but in the street where the trunk exists. <br />We can go ahead and get the contracts routed. YEAH. <br />me <br />
