SECTION XIV <br /> REQUIRED OFFICE SPACE AND STAFFING <br /> 1. Except in the cases of operators offering T-Hangars or inside hangar <br /> aircraft storage only, each operator shall provide and maintain an <br /> office which shall be staffed and open to the public during the normal <br /> business day, which shall be the operators office and place of business <br /> on the Airport, and shall provide therein facilities in accordance with <br /> the City regulations. These facilities and office shall be kept in a <br /> clean and orderly condition. Only one office shall be required of <br /> each operator. No operator, or it's employees, agents, officers, or <br /> other persons connected with the business shall use the office, area <br /> or other facilities of any other operator without the consent of said <br /> operator. <br /> SECTION XV ' <br /> REQUIRED LICENSES AND PERMITS <br /> <br /> 1. The operator and all personnel and employees shall be competent and <br /> shall hold all current valid certificates, permits, licenses or other <br /> authorities required by the FAA, FCC, and CAII, including any FAA <br /> required Air Taxi permits and Public Service Commission certificates. <br /> Operators shall not utilize any pilot in any aircraft operations who <br /> does not hold valid and current certificates from the FAA, FCC and CAII <br /> necessary for him to conduct such activities. <br /> SECTION XVI AGREEMENT TO COMPLY <br /> 1. Each operator approved shall enter into an agreement with the City <br /> which includes an agreement on the part of the operator to accept, <br /> be bound by, comply with and conduct his business operations in accord- <br /> ance with these rules and regulations and to agree that his license <br /> and authority to carry on business on the Mahlon Sweet Field shall be <br /> subject to the terms and conditions set out in these rules and regula- <br /> tions and the revocation or termination thereof is herein provided. <br /> SECTION XVII PERIODIC REPORTS <br /> 1. The operator. shall provide any certified periodic reports on volume <br /> of business done that the City may require, and if requested, in the <br /> form or on forms that the City will provide. The City shall have the <br /> right to require a statement from a C.P.A. on those parts of the <br /> business on which the City's revenue varies with volume. <br /> SECTION XVIII <br /> COST OF CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTAINENCE <br /> 1. Unless otherwise agreed to by the City, the operator shall, at his <br /> own expense, provide, construct, install, equip, and maintain all <br /> utilities, buildings, structures, ramps, tie-down areas, taxiways, <br /> fences and all other facilities and improvements approved by the City. <br /> -21- <br /> <br />
