The following services are services that MUST be carried on by the <br /> fixed base operator, far profit, on the Mahlon Sweet Field to qualify <br /> for the fixed base operators lease: <br /> a. Aircraft sales, new and used. <br /> b. Charter operations. <br /> c, Aircraft rental. <br /> d. Aircraft parts and accessories sales. <br /> e. Flight instruction and ground school. <br /> I ; f. Airframe overhaul and repair. <br /> g. Aircraft engine overhaul and repair. <br /> h. Line services, which shall include supplying fuel, oil, and other <br /> fluids. <br /> i. Aircraft storage. <br /> j 3. In addition, a fixed base operator MAY provide any of the services <br /> provided in Section X. <br /> ~ <br /> s 4. Except in the cases of operators offering T-Hangars or inside hangar <br /> aircraft storage only, each operator shall provide and maintain an <br /> office which shall be staffed and open to the public during the normal <br /> business day, which shall be the operators office and place of business <br /> on the Airport, and shall provide therein facilities in accordance with <br /> the City regulations. These facilities and office shall be kept in a <br /> neat, clean and orderly condition. Only one office shall be required <br /> r ~ of each operator. No operator, or its employees, agents, officers, or <br /> other persons connected with the business shall use the office, area <br /> <br /> ?~-:>:~<.><,~:~ or other facilities of any other operator without the consent of said <br /> operator. <br /> SECTION X <br /> AERONAUTICAL ACTIVITY BUSINESSES <br /> 1. No person shall use the airport for any aerona~,tical activity business <br /> until such person has applied for and received from the City a lease, <br /> and has met the qualifications, standards, and requirements of these <br /> rules and regulations. <br /> 2. Aeronautical activity businesses may provide any of the following <br /> services, for profit, on the Mahlon Sweet Field: <br /> a. Aircraft storage, inside. <br /> b. Aircraft radio and electrical shop. <br /> c. Aircraft instrument shop. <br /> d. Aircraft interior work shop. <br /> e. Aircraft refinishing and painting shop. <br /> f. Aircraft propellor repair shop. <br /> i g. Aerial survey business. <br /> h. Aerial photgraphy business. <br /> i. Agricultural spraying business. <br /> j. Airline services, which may include; exterior cleaning of airline <br /> equipment, turbine starting, or other special contractual services <br /> ~ as the City may approve. <br /> k.
