Suspension of operation caused by
strike or work stoppage shall not be construed as abandonment; or,
10.1.9 The operator or its agents have intentionally supplied the
City with false or misleading information or misrepresentation of any
material fact on the application or documents, or in statements to or
before the City, or have intentionally filed to make full disclosure on
the financial statement or other required documents.
10.2 Notice of Revocation. Upon determining that aground for revoca-
tion of a lease or permit exists, the Airport Manager shall provide written
notice of revocation to the operator. The notice shall be given at least
15 days before the revocation becomes effective. The notice shall state the
reason for the revocation.
10.3 Summary Revocation. Upon determining that a ground for revocation
of a lease or permit exists, and that continuance of the lease or permit pre-
sents an immediate danger to persons or property at the Airport or unfairly
interferes with any permitted activity at the Airport, the Airport Manager
may summarily revoke the lease or permit. The revocation takes effect immed-
iately upon being received by the operator or upon being delivered to the
operator's address as shown in the lease or permit. The notice shall state
the reasons for the revocation.
10.4 Effect of Revocation. No person whose lease or permit has been
revoked by the City shall carry on any aeronautical activity or commercial
operation at the Airport for one year after that revocation. This rule may
be waived by the Airport Manager upon a showing of good cause.
10.5 Reconsideration of Revocation. On written request, filed within
ten days of the revocation, the Airport Manager shall reconsider revocation
of the permit or lease. The request shall be filed by the operator and shall
state the reasons why revocation was improper. The Airport Manager shall
decide whether to continue the revocation on the basis of whatever record
the Airport Manager deems necessary. The Airport Manager may decide the re-
consideration on the basis of the written request, may meet with the operator
to discuss the revocation, or may conduct an evidentiary hearing to resolve
any issues of fact.
