ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER of the AIRPORT MANAGER Th Airport Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: A. Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene under Sections .440 to 2.442 of the Eugene Code, 1971 to set fees and charges for the use of th Eugene Airport. The City Manager has further delegated that authority to the Airpo Manager under Airport Rule 8.4.2. B. Pursuant to that delegated authority, and after investigating the fees charged f rshort-term and long-term parking at the airports, the City's policies on recovery fuser fees, and the revenue needs of the Eugene Airport, the Airport Manager as determined that the fees for short-term and long-term parking at the Eugene rport should be increased. C. Notice of the intended rate increases for short-term and long-term parking a the Eugene Airport was posted and published on February 26, 1991, and provided nterested persons a 15 day period thereafter to submit comments thereon or objecti ns thereto. D. No comments have been received within the time and in the manner required y the notice, and the Airport Manager finds that the short-term and long- term fees for parking at the Eugene Airport hereinafter set forth are comparable to fees char ed at other airports and Eugene Airport licensees or permittees, are consisten with the City's policies for recovery of user fees, and are necessary to meet the evenue needs of the Eugene Airport. On the basis of the findings, I HEREBY ORDER THAT: 1.
