ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br /> of the <br /> <br /> ~r+?+ City Manager of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> The City f Eugene proposes to increase monthly user fees for local sanitary <br /> and storm sewer services and to collect an increased fee for regional sewer <br /> services n behalf of the Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission <br /> (MWMC). he proposed monthly fee for City sewer services are set to recover <br /> projected FY92 costs for the annual operation and capital construction for <br /> the City's sanitary sewer collection and storm water management programs. <br /> The City's portion of the sewer user rates was last increased in July, 1990. <br /> Notice of he proposed fee schedule was published in the Eugene Register- <br /> Guard on y 10 and May 12, 1991 and posted at the City's Permit and Informa- <br /> tion Cente at the Eugene Public Works Department, and at the Eugene City <br /> Nall on Ma 10, 1991. The City Council received notification of the proposed <br /> fee increa a and a supplemental information packet on May 28, 1991.
