ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br /> of the <br /> Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> Establishing SUNA Residential Permit Parking Zones <br /> The ffic Engineer of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> A. On the 15th day of August, 1991, the City Manager adopted Emergency Rule <br /> R-5.040 Es ablishing Residential Permit Parking Zone Regulations, and provided therein <br /> that the d ignation of or removal of such permit parking zones would be effected by <br /> administrat ve order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> B. Prior thereto, preferential residential permit parking zones were established <br /> within the South University Neighborhood Association (SUNA) boundaries as more <br /> particularly reflected on Exhibit A attached hereto and. incorporated herein by reference. <br /> C. The prior designations have been reviewed, and are found to be in <br /> conformity 'th the policies, regulations and criteria set forth in Emergency Rule R-5.040. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> Bas d upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> Emergen Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders that: <br /> 1. The areas located within the boundaries of the South University <br /> Neighborh od Association as set forth in Exhibit A hereto are hereby established as <br /> residential ermit parking zones. <br /> 2. Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zones designated <br /> herein ma apply for a permit entitling the holder thereof to preferential long-term parking <br /> within the esignated zones. <br /> 3.
