The stablishment of the proposed monthly sewer user rates is in the <br /> publ c interest and in conformity with adopted city policies and <br /> ordi ances and with Oregon statutes. <br /> 2. The roposed fees meet the guidelines established in Section 2.020 of the <br /> Euge a Code and should be implemented. <br /> 3. It i essential that the rates be implemented without delay to meet the <br /> requ rements of the FY93 budget. <br /> <br /> Now, the efore, based on the above findings, and pursuant to the authority <br /> containe in Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code, 1971, it is hereby ordered that <br /> the sewe user fees listed above are established.
