ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER N0. 58-92-15 <br /> of the City of Eugene <br /> ESTABLISHING FEES FOR <br /> ENGIN ERING SERVICES FOR PRIVATELY CONSTRUCTED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> The C'ty Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> A. S ctions 2.020 and 7.130 of the Eugene Code authorize the City <br /> <br /> Manager to etermine and set fees and charges to be imposed by the City for <br /> services, g ods, use of municipal property, licenses and permits, including <br /> charges for engineering services on privately constructed public improvements. <br /> 6. I accordance with the procedures set forth therein, on July 28, <br /> 1992, I not fied the Mayor and Council that I intended to~revise the rates <br /> charged for engineering services for privately constructed public improvements. <br /> The Notice as published in the Register Guard on July 28, 1992; posted at two <br /> locations a City Hall on July 28, 1992; and made available to interested <br /> persons at he office of the City Manager. The Notice provided that written <br /> comments wo ld be received for a period of fifteen days from the date of <br /> posting and publication. No written comments were received within the time <br /> provided in the Notice. <br /> C.
