Sect7ons 2.020 and 7.705 of the Eugene Code authorize the City Manager <br /> I, to determine and set fees and charges to be imposed by the City for <br /> servhces, goods, use of municipal property, licenses, and permits, <br /> inclj~ding systems development charges. <br /> ~I B. In accordance with the procedures set forth therein, I notified the <br /> Mayo1^ and Council that I intended to revise the methodology, the notice <br /> was published in the Register-Guard on January 25, 1993; and made <br /> available to interested persons at the office of the City Manager, the <br /> I~ City of Eugene Permit and Information Center, the Public Works Building, <br /> and the Eugene Public Library. The notice provided that written <br /> comments would be received for a period of fifteen days from the date of <br /> post~ng and publication. Written comments were received from three <br /> persons. The issues raised are among those considered during this <br /> I, review process and, where appropriate, have been incorporated in the <br /> methodology. <br /> C.
