s`~8_ `I3.O~ <br /> <br /> ~I <br /> I, <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER <br /> o f the <br /> Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene, Oregon <br /> Establishing a Resideatial Permit Parking Zone <br /> i For the South Side of E. 17th Avenue <br /> Between Orchard Street and Villard Street <br /> The Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene finds that: <br /> A.i Administrative Rule R-5.040, Residential Permit Parking Zones <br /> Regulations, provides that the designation of or removal of such permit parking <br /> zones would be effected by administrative order of the City's Traffic Engineer. <br /> <br /> II B.' On February 3, 1993, the City received an application signed by over <br /> 50$ of the adjacent property owners and tenants for designating a residential <br /> permit perking zone for (general description of zone). <br /> C.', Notice of the City's intent to establish a residential permit parking <br /> <br /> ~ zone was' given to property owners and tenants within the affected area of the <br /> proposedllzone. <br /> <br /> ~ D.I. The proposed zone has been reviewed and is found to be in conformity <br /> with the~'Ipolicies, regulations and criteria set forth in Rule R-5.040. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> Based upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> Administrative Rule R-5.040, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders <br /> that: <br /> 1. The area described is hereby established as a residential permit <br /> parkingzone: <br /> <br /> 'I ' The one block section along the south side of E. 17th Avenue between <br /> Orchard Street and Villard Street <br /> 2.' The zone shall be designated Zone A and shall allow 2-hour public <br /> parking ',,between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal <br /> <br /> II holidays', and except Zone A permitted vehicles. <br /> <br /> li, 3.~' Persons residing in or owning residential property within the zone <br /> designated herein may apply for a Zone A permit entitling the holder thereof to <br /> preferential long-term parking at Zone A signed parking areas within the <br /> designat'~ed zone. <br /> 4.''
